Our History.

A unique blueprint for continued success.

Driven by the ageless principles of hard work and good character, T2 has grown from a small family operation to one of the top hospitality companies in America.

After acquiring the 20 room Dunes Motel in Anaheim, California, the family began aggressively buying and selling properties. They parlayed their initial success into an impressive portfolio of hotels in Southern California. By the time the recession of the early ‘90s hit the hotel business, Tarsadia Hotels had already acquired multiple properties and reputable land sites throughout California, establishing them as industry-leading investors.

Today, T2 is recognized as a major developer and investor of hospitality-related assets. Whether developing new projects, or acquiring and repositioning existing hotel assets, T2's agile teams have created immense value. T2’s portfolio has grown to include hotels, restaurants, office and retail properties located in key markets throughout the United States.
