Mont Williamson
PRESIDENT AND COO
For Mont, life is all about balance - prioritizing equal parts work and family, all while achieving life goals. If anyone can do it, Mont can. Mont is a 30-year industry veteran, whose experience and skill set span through many market sectors. For Mont, history guides most decisions, and the collective hospitality experience within the T2 Hospitality family underpins an efficient and effective decision-making process - whether it’s investments to be pursued, or the way each investment is maximized.
His favorite project to date? He sees the Thompson hotel as the project that “forced T2 to explore future hotel investments and the factors that help shape our future decisions.” Mont loves to stay active by running , swimming and boating. When it comes to simplicity and design, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree - his favorite brand is, of course, Apple.
Matt Raine
Chief Investment Officer
With over twenty years of hospitality deal experience, Matt is responsible for T2’s overall investment strategy and execution. Before joining T2, Matt was a Co-Founder and the Head of Development for Evolution Hospitality, overseeing its growth into one of the largest and most respected hotel management companies in the industry. Matt approaches his position from an analytical perspective but believes any decision analysis that cannot be easily simplified is likely flawed. When not working alongside his T2 colleagues, Matt is likely over-coaching one of his four kids at a youth sporting event or attempting to keep up with his wife’s CrossFit training regimen.
Nayiri Madenlian
CFO
Nayiri is responsible for the overall capital planning and financial management of T2. With over 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment accounting and finance from both public and private companies. She is directly responsible for all loan originations and supports all transactional activity for the group. Nayiri credits team success through hard work and inspired leadership especially when faced with challenges. Her favorite travel experience was backpacking with her family throughout Europe, but she is setting her next travel adventure to witness the Northern Lights in all their glory. Her all‐time favorite go‐to food is...pizza.
Bhavesh "Bo" Patel
CHIEF PORTFOLIO OFFICER
Bo's mantra is all about making it better than it was. He brings over 20 years of cross-disciplinary industry experience, particularly from senior roles in finance and operations as CFO and EVP of Operations. In his current role, Bo is involved in all aspects of pre- and post-acquisition activities, financial analysis, site visits, and asset management. He believes that building strong business partnerships is essential, since mutual trust encourages and supports the creation of innovative business strategies. He has an inclination to ascend Kilimanjaro or Mt. Everest base camp. On the flip side, he loves to spend his weekends on the couch chanting for his favorite English Premier football (soccer) team Liverpool.
Mike Patel
Founder & CEO
Alongside his father BU Patel, and brother Tushar Patel, Mike Patel founded Tarsadia Hotels in 1976. During his tenure there Mike participated in more than 200 successful projects. His specialties include turning around underperforming hotels and knowing how to select the right location for new build opportunities. He has a keen eye for analyzing potential projects, selecting the ones to develop, and creating a uniquely powerful vision. Refusing to take the limelight, Mike credits his amazing team for helping him build T2 Hospitality. When he’s not spreading good cheer at T2 headquarters, he’s enjoying sushi, relaxing with family and friends and catching up on well-needed sleep. Next on his travel bucket list are the exotic locations of Nepal and Bhutan.
Hartford Brown
EVP & General Counsel
Harty is our legal counsel extraordinaire. Not only is he an expert regarding the ins and outs of real estate law, he’s also an authority on Medieval and Renaissance history, which he studied at Oxford University. Harty is an impressive guy, and a beloved member of the family. On his time off, he relaxes with his dogs and the rest of his family - eating his favorite food, fried tacos.
Angeli Tarsadia Reddy
Head of New Ventures
Angeli is an entrepreneur and investor, passionate about experiential travel and consumer health and wellness. She currently focuses her efforts on venture capital deal sourcing, diligence, execution and portfolio support. Angeli has a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience and investment experience. Prior to joining T2, Angeli founded a direct to consumer women’s fashion company, and served as CMO for a hospitality furnishing company where she helped launch three unique brands. In addition to evaluating new opportunities, Angeli spends her time thinking about the future of travel and incubating innovative concepts that merge the worlds of real estate, consumer behavior, and design. Outside of work, Angeli enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, nature and traveling.
Neil Madhav
VP of Administration
Neil is responsible for the basic logistics of running T2 Hospitality and provides leadership to an array of administrative and financial areas such as contract administration, procurement, budget planning, treasury management, human resources, and risk management. He’s the guy who keeps everything running smoothly. Neil wishes to visit all the ancient and natural wonders of the world and is planning to one day skydive out of a plane. Talk about risk management!
Sarika Tarsadia Patel
Creative Director
Sarika is responsible for leading the creative strategy for T2 Hospitality’s projects, from interior design and architecture, to creative direction and brand identity. She works closely with the development team to manage execution of the desired vision. Derived from her passion for travel and discovering new cultures and food, her expertise drives the creation of long lasting and impactful spaces, as well as curated food and beverage concepts. On the weekends, you can find Sarika at your local farmer’s market or antique fair, traveling to a new city, and spending time with her family and friends.
Rashik Patel
VP of Development
Rashik is responsible for multi-million-dollar construction projects, and brings a results-driven approach to each on time and on budget. He asks a lot of questions—but always for good reasons. Rashik embraces new ideas, and turns unexpected challenges upside down to see fresh solutions and approaches. His favorite project thus far has been: “Old Town HGI because of how it blends so well with the old town neighborhood and vibe. It looks and feels more like a boutique hotel than a Hilton Garden Inn.” Rashik is very inspired by the Autograph Collection, by Marriott. His dream spot on the map for travel? Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Bula!
