Our History.
A unique blueprint for continued success.
Driven by the ageless principles of hard work and authenticity, T2 has grown from a small family operation to one of the top real estate development and investment companies in America.
The family business, formally known as Tarsadia Hotels, parlayed their initial success into an impressive portfolio of hotels in Southern California. By the mid 1990’s Tarsadia Hotels was one of the most significant and respected hotel ownership entities in the Western United States.
Today, T2 is recognized as a major developer and investor of hospitality-related assets. Whether developing new projects, or acquiring and repositioning existing hotel assets, T2's agile teams have created immense value. T2’s portfolio has grown to include hotels, senior housing, office and retail properties located in key markets throughout the United States. T2 also has a venture investing arm focused on consumer products, services and experiences.
